Week 3 - Engaging Key Personnel: Interactive Demonstrations of FTQ360 Inspections
2:34

Welcome to Week 3 of your FTQ360 trial onboarding.

Over the past two weeks, you’ve completed a guided inspection and set up a representative project that reflects how your team actually works.

Now in Week 3, it’s time to bring key personnel into the process and show them what digital inspections and QAQC really look like.

Week 3 is all about engagement.

You’ll demonstrate FTQ360 to decision-makers and field leaders using the real-world project scenario built last week. When your team sees familiar inspection workflows in action, the value of going digital becomes tangible and buy-in becomes much easier.

Why This Step Matters

Gaining support from key personnel is essential to successful adoption. Their understanding, input, and endorsement help drive momentum across your organization. These demonstrations are collaborative. They allow stakeholders to interact with the system, ask questions, and see firsthand how FTQ360 can streamline inspections and improve quality.

The goal is not to "sell" the system, but to walk your team through a process they already know which is now streamlined, digitized, and easier to manage.

What to Do This Week

Your FTQ360 onboarding team will co-lead a live, interactive demo with you and your team. Together, we’ll:

  • Walk through your digital inspection process using the representative project.
  • Demonstrate how field documentation - photos, notes, and issues, is captured and organized.
  • Show how deficiencies are tracked, followed up, and closed in real time.
  • Answer questions and gather feedback to refine your setup.

This is the ideal opportunity to involve superintendents, project managers, inspectors, QAQC managers, or others who oversee or perform inspections.

Tips for Success

  • Invite people who understand your fieldwork and value process improvement.
  • Keep the walkthrough focused and practical - use familiar scenarios.
  • Treat the demo as a two-way conversation. Feedback is key to refinement.

What Comes Next

With your team now engaged and aligned, you’re ready to go live. In Week 4, your team will use FTQ360 on active projects, conducting inspections and capturing real-world feedback. You’ll begin refining your process with actual use in the field.

And after the trial? You’ll be positioned to roll out FTQ360 across more projects, formalize best practices, and use digital QAQC to drive continuous improvement.

Keep the momentum going. You’re almost there.
