Week 4 - Team Testing Digital Inspecting on the Jobsite
3:03

Welcome to Week 4 of your FTQ360 trial.

Over the past three weeks, you’ve completed a guided inspection, set up a representative project, and demonstrated the process to key personnel. Now it’s time to take FTQ360 live and conduct inspections on an active jobsite.

Week 4 is where everything comes together.

You’ll be using FTQ360 under real jobsite conditions - inspecting work, documenting findings, tracking issues, and applying what you’ve learned. This is your opportunity to experience FTQ360 in action, collect valuable feedback, and refine your digital QAQC process.

We will be collaborating and guiding you every step of the way!

Why This Step Matters

Putting FTQ360 into action moves your team from trial to implementation. This week validates all the groundwork you’ve laid. It also shows your team that going digital isn’t about adding complexity, it’s about achieving clarity, consistency, and control.

Because your team is already familiar with the platform, using it in the field will feel intuitive. You’ll also gain insight into how easily others can be trained as you scale your quality program.

What to Do This Week

This week, we’ll be actively collaborating with you as your team tests FTQ360 in real jobsite conditions. Our goal is to make the transition from trial to practical use smooth, productive, and insightful.

  • Your team will perform live inspections on an active project using FTQ360.
  • Field personnel will use mobile devices to capture photos, note deficiencies, and track issue resolution.
  • We’ll review inspection activity with you and provide in-the-moment coaching to support your team.
  • You’ll gather feedback from users and work with us to refine your checklists, workflows, and procedures, based on what’s learned in the field.

This hands-on process reinforces confidence and lays the groundwork for a repeatable, scalable QAQC system throughout your organization.

This week also sets the stage for establishing a repeatable, scalable QAQC process across your organization.

Tips for Success

  • Choose a project phase or trade that’s familiar and manageable.
  • Encourage field teams to document both quality observations and issues as they happen.
  • Review inspection workflows and results with your team to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep communication open to support adoption and troubleshoot as needed.

What Comes Next

You’ve now completed FTQ360’s structured 4-week trial. But this is just the beginning. With your team experienced and confident, and your QAQC process validated in the field, you're ready to:

  • Roll out FTQ360 across additional projects or business units
  • Adopt inspection and QAQC best practices at scale
  • Use real-time quality data to drive continuous improvement

Congratulations. You’ve progressed from exploring to implementing. Now, you’re ready to lead a company-wide transition to digital QAQC.
