Each week focuses on a clear milestone to build momentum, clarity, and confidence across your team. This week, you'll take the critical first step; conducting your first digital inspection. The journey to digitizing inspections and QAQC begins with a simple, guided web meeting where you'll perform a complete inspection using FTQ360. This initial activity is designed to eliminate uncertainty and help you experience firsthand how intuitive and practical digital inspections can be. ## **Why This Step Matters** Your first inspection is more than a software test. It’s a turning point. It proves to you and your team that digital inspections are easy to execute, streamlined, and more efficient than traditional methods. FTQ360 allows you to capture photos, document observations, assign follow-ups, and close punch items in one seamless workflow. This initial success sets expectations for what digital QAQC looks like in the field. It's an opportunity to build confidence, familiarize your team with the platform, and lay the foundation for successful adoption. ## **What to Do This Week** You don’t need to prepare anything for your first meeting. An experienced quality engineer will guide you through each step. During the session, you will: - Log in to [FTQ360](https://www.ftq360.net/Account/Login) and complete a sample inspection using a pre-loaded checklist. - Practice capturing photos and making field notes. - Learn how to document deficiencies and assign follow-up actions. - See how inspections are completed and closed in the system. At this stage we’re keeping it simple. The goal is to experience the basics in action, not to build a custom process yet. ## **What Comes Next** With your first digital inspection complete, you’ll move on to Week 2 - setting up a representative project that mirrors your actual QAQC workflows.
